Asian American LEAD (AALEAD) hosts internship programs throughout the year. Read on to learn about our current opportunities:

 

MD Programs Intern
The AALEAD Maryland (MD) Programs Intern will assist in the implementation of AALEAD’s MD Programs and operations, which provide educational empowerment and enrichment activities for low-income and underserved Asian Pacific American youth. The AALEAD MD Programs Intern will be assigned projects and tasks that serve our AALEAD youth and will report to Diane Bui, AALEAD MD High School Program Coordinator. VA Programs Intern
The AALEAD Virginia (VA) Programs Intern will assist in the implementation of AALEAD’s VA Programs and operations, which provide educational empowerment and enrichment activities for low-income and underserved Asian Pacific American youth. The AALEAD VA Programs Intern will be assigned projects and tasks that serve our AALEAD youth and will report to Shaima Ahmad, AALEAD VA Programs Manager. Click here to access the posting.

 

Communications & Marketing Intern
The AALEAD Communications & Marketing Intern will have the opportunity to work and develop basic competencies in various aspects of AALEAD’s communication and marketing planning and implementation. This internship will focus on skills related to non-profit marketing, communications, and public-relations. The intern will report to AALEAD Executive Director with support from the Development & Communications Associate. Click here to access the posting.

 

Curriculum Development Intern
The AALEAD Curriculum Development Intern will assist the organization with its development of AALEAD’s collection of lesson plans and curriculum resources and will be responsible for building AALEAD’s Curriculum Database using program curriculum provided by AALEAD Program Coordinators.
