AALEAD’s 28th Annual Dinner
Join us for an evening of celebration, connection, and community at AALEAD’s 28th Annual Dinner. For 28 years, Asian American LEAD has empowered underserved Asian American Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth to build confidence, find their voice, and grow into leaders.
This special night brings together supporters, partners, and friends to celebrate the impact of AALEAD’s mentorship and youth leadership programs. All proceeds support AALEAD’s work with more than 500 AAPI youth across the DMV, helping them thrive and lead with purpose.
We hope you’ll join us for a meaningful and joyful evening as we celebrate our community and invest in the next generation of leaders. See the event details below:

This Year’s Theme: Our Stories, Our Power
Our Annual Dinner theme, Our Stories, Our Power, highlights the strength, resilience, and voices of our Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) youth and community. This theme celebrates the power of storytelling to inspire connection, foster understanding, and drive meaningful change.
By sharing their journeys, achievements, and perspectives, our youth and community members demonstrate how individual stories can become a collective force for advocacy, empowerment, and positive impact.
