Why did you join the AALEAD Youth Council Fellowship?

“I wanted to join the AALEAD Youth Council Fellowship to be in a space where my voice is amplified and used to advocate for my community. Youth Council allows me to step into my role as a leader, educator, and community organizer at a young age.”

What impact or hope do you wish to inspire this year?

“This year, I hope to make a real, tangible impact in my community by fostering tolerance and understanding. I want to spend time educating others on causes that matter (to my peers and me) and fundraising for organizations I believe in.”
