Arti Bhatt is a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) practitioner with a track record of driving strategic initiatives that foster inclusive environments and advance equitable opportunities. She brings expertise in communications, program development, and stakeholder engagement, partnering with public, nonprofit, and community organizations to create meaningful impact. 

She serves on the Racial Equity Committee for Frederick County Public Schools and on the Governor's Commission on South Asian American Affairs (SAAA), contributing to initiatives that advance equity and representation at the community and organizational level.

Passionate about empowering AAPI youth, Arti believes that mentorship, representation, and cultural pride are essential for developing the next generation of leaders. She is excited to leverage her DEIB experience to support AALEAD’s mission of providing educational empowerment, identity development, and leadership opportunities to AAPI youth in the DMV region.

Outside of her professional work, Arti enjoys traveling, volunteering, and engaging with local arts and culture with her husband and two sons.
