AALEAD high schoolers are invited to learn about the different ways to see the world! If you're curious about the world and want to learn about free and low-cost future opportunities to study abroad, then come to the 4th annual “Pathways to Global Citizenship Youth Summit,” brought to you by the Fulbright Association. You will spend the morning learning about international learning, leadership, exchange, and career pathways from Fulbright Alumni, Peace Corps Volunteers, fellowship representatives, and other global citizens.
Lunch is provided at the event, but you are welcome to pack and bring your own food. Registration is 100% free, but AALEAD enrollment for 2026-2027 is required. SSL hours will be awarded for event attendance.
Priority is given to the first 20 enrolled youth to RSVP from each region (DC, MD, VA). Other youth will be placed on a waitlist after that. Selected youth will be contacted by October 12th by their regional staff to confirm logistics.
