Romolo Cerra (he/him) is a Finance and Development Intern at Asian American LEAD, where he works with the development team on donor and fundraising data.

His projects include analyzing individual giving trends year over year in Bloomerang and QuickBooks Online and reconciling the two systems, giving the team a clearer picture of who supports AALEAD and how that support is changing.

Romolo is a Finance major with a minor in Economics at George Washington University and plans to build a career in the financial industry. He joined AALEAD because he believes strong finances are what allow a community organization to keep its programs free and reliable for the youth and families who depend on them.
