Why did you join the AALEAD Youth Council Fellowship?

“I heard from a former member about the AALEAD Youth Council Fellowship and how important it was to understand different communities. I joined to learn how these communities are affected and how to advocate for our intersecting communities, even if I'm not part of them.”

What impact or hope do you wish to inspire this year?

“I hope to truly dive into current events that affect the people around me. With this, I hope to highlight these issues on a larger scale as well.”
