After School

We Believe

AALEAD truly believes in the power and potential of our young people. We aim to provide them all the opportunities possible to help them to recognize and reach their full potentials. We have seen our youth develop and grow from following staff instruction and input to voicing their own ideas and shaping their own AALEAD programming. Staff provide support and resources to youth to help them recognize their own potential and develop into confident and engaged leaders.
