Meet the Team

Welcome our new team members! Daniella (they/them) is one of our Mentoring & Volunteer Coordinators. As someone who personally benefited from organizations like AALEAD, they bring a deep commitment to supporting youth through mentorship. Michelle (she/hers) is our new Maryland Youth Facilitation Coordinator, working alongside the team to lead engaging programs and events that uplift and empower our young people. Liz joined AALEAD as a project manager through the Hiring Our Heroes Fellowship, skillbridging from her nearly 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force into the civilian world. While this was a three month program, her impact was deeply felt. We’re so grateful for the role she played in our mission to empower AAPI youth!
